WASHINGTON, D.C. – The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA), along with cable operators Time Warner, Cox and Charter today filed the attached brief with the U.S. Supreme Court in the “Brand X” case regarding the appropriate classification of cable's Internet services for regulatory purposes.
