Mark Kulish

Mark Kulish is Chief Administrative & Financial Officer for NCTA - The Internet & Television Association. He oversees the Finance and Administration Department at NCTA, responsible for a number of key staff functions for the association, including accounting, human resources, information technology, and building services.

Prior to joining NCTA, he worked for the US Telecom Association where he served as Senior Vice President, Administration and CFO. While there, he  was the principal administrator and strategic business advisor to the CEO, and he was responsible for financial operations, association management, Human Resources, IT,  membership growth and retention, and business planning and administrative support to the Board of Directors.  Prior to joining USTelecom, Mark had extensive private sector experience with companies such as Marriott and ADP. 

Mark is a graduate of William and Mary and he received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago.
