Statement of NCTA – The Internet & Television Association Regarding Today’s FCC Meeting

“We commend the Commission’s effective competition ruling which recognizes that today’s video marketplace is vibrant and competitive with a multitude of choices and services for consumers to enjoy. We also appreciate the Commission’s decision clarifying that VoIP customers should not be required to pay more in 911 fees than customers of legacy voice services.”
