NCTA Statement on the FCC’s Action on Pole Attachment Access

“NCTA commends the Commission’s action to streamline and accelerate pole attachment access. These new rules will benefit communications providers’ broadband deployment efforts to reach unserved and underserved areas, furthering the goal of connecting every American. We look forward to working with the Chairman and Commissioners on the issues raised in the Further Notice to enhance efforts to permit expeditious access to utility poles and advance the Commission’s Build America agenda.”
