Washington, D.C. – NCTA – The Internet & Television Association today announced the addition of Radhika Bhat to its Legal & Regulatory Affairs team and Jamie Houton to its Government Relations team.
Bhat will serve as Vice President and Associate General Counsel and joins NCTA from the law firm of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. where she was an Associate since 2015. She previously worked as an Associate for Arent Fox LLP from 2012 – 2015 and earned a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Houton will serve as Vice President, Government Relations and joins NCTA from Union Pacific Railroad where he was Assistant Vice President, External Affairs since 2008. Prior to Union Pacific, Houton worked for Elmendorf Strategies during 2007 - 2008 and was Director of Federal Government Affairs for Microsoft from 2000 – 2007. He earned a B.A. from the University of Rochester and a M.A. from New York University.
