As Chief Policy and Strategy Officer, Love will lead the development and execution of NCTA’s policy agenda, advancing the organization’s goals and representing the interests of its members across legislative and regulatory bodies. He will engage with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and coalition partners to help shape public policy priorities. Love will also play a key role in aligning strategy across departments to ensure NCTA’s advocacy efforts are cohesive, forward-looking, and impactful.
Love joins NCTA from Invariant, where he co-chaired the firm’s Technology and Competition government relations practice. Prior to Invariant, Love served as a senior policy advisor to then-Senator Cory Gardner and managed the Senator’s work on the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee. He also worked for Senator Gardner in the House of Representatives. Love received a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College in Maine.
