Martha Heller is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at NCTA.
Heller joined NCTA from Paramount Skydance Corporation, where she has served as Vice President, Government Relations and Regulatory Counsel since 2020, advising company executives on U.S. and international regulatory matters involving streaming, broadcast, and cable programming, and overseeing Paramount’s advocacy before the FCC and FTC. She previously held senior roles at the FCC, including Division Chief in the Media Bureau, and was a partner at Wiley LLP.
Heller is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Cornell University.
