SCTE TechExpo26 brought thousands of broadband leaders from more than 60 countries to the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta this week. As North America’s largest broadband event, it put network security and resilience front and center.
On Wednesday, NCTA leaders took the main stage for two Headliners sessions focused on protecting the networks Americans rely on every day.
A Conversation on Cybersecurity with National Cyber Director Sean Cairncross
NCTA President & CEO Cory Gardner sat down with Sean Cairncross, the United States National Cyber Director, for a fireside chat on cybersecurity and policy.
Broadband networks carry everyday communications, support emergency response, and keep essential public services running. That makes protecting them a shared priority for government and industry alike.
Their conversation covered the rapid growth of AI and what the next generation of frontier models means for cybersecurity, along with how government and industry can work together to stay ahead of emerging threats.
