The CEO’s of NCTA – The Internet & Television Association, CTIA, and US Telecom – The Broadband Association today sent the attached letter to Senate Majority Leader McConnell and Senate Minority Leader Schumer urging them and their colleagues to vote no on Senate Joint Resolution 52 (S.J.Res.52), which uses the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to reverse the FCC’s “Restoring Internet Freedom Order” of 2017.

Michelle Ray Named Interim Executive Director Dr. David Porter, Jr. announced his decision to step down from his role as Executive Director of The Walter Kaitz Foundation on April 13, completing a nearly 12-year run at the helm of the Foundation.
