CTIA’s latest push for more exclusively licensed spectrum repackages a stale, anticompetitive agenda that abandons the successful American spectrum model adopted by the first Trump FCC, which is projected to save consumers $6.7 billion in wireless costs in 2026. Abandoning America’s successful balanced spectrum model in favor of China’s centralized approach will weaken, not strengthen, America’s global advantage.”
