Washington, DC – On June 9, 2025, NCTA – The Internet & Television Association held its annual elections for its Board of Directors, reflecting the association’s commitment to leadership excellence and industry innovation.
Mark Greatrex, President, Cox Communications, Inc., was reelected as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Other officers reelected were Chris Winfrey, President & CEO, Charter Communications, as Vice Chairman; Dave Watson, President & CEO, Connectivity & Platforms and Senior EVP, Comcast Corporation, as Treasurer; and Kristin Dolan, CEO, AMC Networks, as Secretary. Midco Chair and CEO Pat McAdaragh continues to serve as the Immediate Past Chairman.
Ron Duncan, CEO and Co-Founder, General Communication, Inc., was reelected to serve as an At-Large System Director for another three-year term.
The following leaders from NCTA’s programmer membership were reelected to serve as At-Large Programmer Directors for two-year terms: Kristin Dolan, CEO, AMC Networks; Alfred Liggins, CEO, Urban One; and Suzanne Scott, CEO, FOX News Media.Other directors who serve on the NCTA Board were not subject to reelection.
