Pamela Arluk is Deputy Chief Legal Officer, where she helps lead the Legal and Regulatory Department on a wide range of issues before the FCC and other federal agencies. Prior to joining NCTA, she worked at the FCC for more than 20 years in a variety of leadership positions within the Wireline Competition Bureau. Most recently, she was Chief of the Competition Policy Division leading on issues such as: net neutrality, privacy, pole attachments, digital discrimination, and numbering. Before joining the FCC, she worked at Focal Communications Company, and was an Associate Attorney at Swidler Berlin Shereff Friedman, LLP and Dow, Lohnes & Albertson, PLLC. She holds degrees from William and Mary’s Marshall-Wythe School of Law and Miami University.
