Tuesday General Session Features Programmers on Center Stage
at The 2004 National Show

 

Washington , D.C. – Leading executives representing a broad range of cable programming services will address a variety of topical issues during the Tuesday general session at The 2004 National Show, the 53rd Annual Convention and International Exposition of the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA), May 2-5 in New Orleans .

 

Set for Tuesday, May 4, at 9:00 a.m. (CDT), the general session panel includes:

The panel discussion is likely to focus on the changing landscape in program distribution, including the cable industry’s continuing deployment of high-definition television, on-demand, and other new video services; the potential impact of digital video recorders and other new technology on advertising revenues; and investments in the development of new and original cable programming.
