“NCTA commends the House Republican Cybersecurity Task Force for developing recommendations that recognize the need for a public-private partnership in order to protect our nation’s critical infrastructure. We also appreciate the recognition that voluntary incentives may be more appropriate than regulations that may be outdated the day they are written. We look forward to working with all of the committees of jurisdiction as the House considers these recommendations.”
