"Under Kathy Johnson's leadership, with the support of a very astute Board and membership, NAMIC has been transformed. With the implementation and management of incredibly effective programs – such as the Executive Leadership Development Program and Leadership Seminars, the L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship Program, and robust local chapters – NAMIC has risen from a congenial professional society to become a dynamic force for diversity in the cable industry and beyond. Kathy has been a wonderful and collaborative partner to NCTA, many of our member companies, and other industry associations. We thank and congratulate her on a great run at NAMIC and wish her all the best for the next chapter of her career."
