ROBERT SACHS, PRESIDENT & CEO, NCTA REGARDING THE 2004 ELECTIONS

Statement of Robert Sachs, President & CEO
National Cable & Telecommunications Association
Regarding the 2004 Elections

“We congratulate President Bush on his re-election victory and look forward to continuing to work closely with the Administration during the President's second term. The President's strong support for broadband deployment and for marketplace competition, as opposed to government regulation, bode well for business and consumers alike over the next four years.

We also congratulate all members of the House and Senate who were re-elected or elected. We look forward to working with Congressional leaders and help them to bring America into the digital TV era and further deployment of broadband services.”
