We are heartened by the bipartisan leadership of House Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Greg Walden, Ranking Member Frank Pallone, Senate Commerce Committee Chairman John Thune and Ranking Member Bill Nelson on legislation that is rightfully named after Ray Baum, an outstanding public servant who exemplified class and grace throughout his career.
