Statement of NCTA President & CEO Kyle McSlarrow Regarding Today’s Senate Commerce Committee Approval of S. 2881, the FCC Commissioners’ Technical Resource Enhancement Act

“We commend the Senate Commerce Committee for approving the FCC Commissioners’ Technical Resource Enhancement Act which will increase the technical expertise at our nation’s top federal communications agency. The legislation will enable Commissioners to add more technical staff which will enhance their ability to manage complicated public policy issues in our dynamic and rapidly changing telecommunications sector.”
