WASHINGTON, D.C.– The National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) today announced a schedule of cable industry meetings, events and conferences for 2010. Numerous events are planned for three separate weeks – in Los Angeles, New York and New Orleans – during the year.
Of note is the return of Diversity Week to New York City in September 2010, featuring annual meetings for cable diversity groups such as Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT); the National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC); and the Walter Kaitz Foundation. The Association of Cable Communicators (ACC) also will hold its annual Forum during the September week in New York. Diversity Week also will feature a meeting of the NCTA Board of Directors.
