NCTA President & CEO Kyle McSlarrow today sent a letter to the FCC Chairman and four Commissioners regarding the Letters of Inquiry from the FCC Enforcement Bureau that 13 cable operators recently received asking about the industry’s digital migration and its impact on consumers. McSlarrow said that cable operators welcome the opportunity to describe the benefits of this evolution but that that this collection of LOIs constitutes an abuse of the Commission’s processes and violates the Paperwork Reduction Act.
