The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has held a series of workshops in order to promote an open dialogue between the FCC and key constituents on matters important to the National Broadband Plan. At the workshop entitled "Big Ideas with Potential to Substantially Change the Internet," former CableLabs President and CEO Dr. Richard R. Green spoke on the cable industry’s experience with, and plans for, video over the Internet.
