WASHINGTON, D.C. – Tom Simmons, Vice President of Public Policy for Midcontinent Communications, encourages Congress to adopt a “numbers-based” system for contributions to the Universal Service Fund, in testimony before the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation.
