NCTA President & CEO Kyle McSlarrow and Free Press Policy Director Ben Scott sent a letter to the U.S. Senate regarding measures in S. 1, the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, that will promote broadband adoption and deployment to unserved and underserved areas in the United States.
