Description
Developed in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), the Business Management Symposium is one and a half days of focused instruction and discussion on key management challenges and opportunities for today’s senior leaders. This symposium, which has been designed specifically to address post-BMLI level executives, offers unique training to help senior leaders strategically shift their management approaches to achieve higher performance teams, increase financial performance and to motivate and retain top talent.  Participants will gain insights that will allow them to reassess their management style and recalibrate their leadership tools.
