Broadcast Flag

The broadcast flag consists of embedded digital instructions in digital television broadcasts which are designed to prevent unauthorized redistribution of programming. NCTA will continue to support the adoption of broadcast flag rules which are limited in scope and permit operators flexibility in their implementation.
