This anime series puts a whole new spin on the voodoo doll.  Rumor has it that online there exists a message board, accessible only at midnight, on which you can post the name of someone for whom you wish to have revenge.  If you submit a name to the message board, Hell Girl offers you a black straw doll with a red string wound around its neck.  If the string is pulled, she will immediately transport the recipient of the revenge to hell.  However, sending your enemy to hell comes with a price.  You must make a deal that when it is your time to die, your soul will be taken to hell as well.
