Taking cues from their human counterparts, America’s canine friends are glamming up for the lights, the cameras and the action to see who will be “Best In Show” at The Planet’s Greatest Dog Show. Dogs from around the country are getting their paws pedicured, their fur clipped and their high struts in order, to compete in one of America’s most prestigious dog shows. The AKC/Eukanuba National Championship will air live from Long Beach, California on Saturday, December 2, and Sunday, December 3, 2006 on Animal Planet and will be simulcast on Discovery Channel from 8-11 PM (ET). Saturday will feature four groups of dogs and Sunday will feature the last three groups and “Best in Show.”
