cableINNOVATES EXHIBIT
In November 2006, NCTA unveiled a new 1,000 square-foot exhibit that showcases advanced technology and programming services that cable offers, and includes displays highlighting cable’s commitment to education and parental control technology. Designed and decorated in partnership with Scripps Networks as rooms within a typical home, the exhibit includes several of LG Electronics’ digital televisions, as well as content distributed throughout the display via wireless and wired networks. A variety of new services and industry technology initiatives will be featured and rotated into cableINNOVATES to reflect the most current technology that cable offers. A video wall features technologies currently being tested for market. Demonstrations are available to guests.

Video & Print Display Member Opportunities
NCTA’s Capitol Hill headquarters not only offers Washington policymakers and opinion leaders the opportunity to experience cable’s exciting services, the Association’s facilities include a two story staircase with both print posters and video monitors which showcase the many diverse cable offerings from cable program networks, MSOs and cable equipment suppliers. Member companies can learn how to submit their artwork for consideration here.

SMALL STUDIO
In the front of the theater is a small video studio with basic editing capabilities. Public Service Announcements (PSAs) and other short videos can be filmed with HD cameras and edited on-site.

WEB CASTING
The theater is affixed with several mounted cameras, providing the ability for web streaming, video and audio simulcasting and general filming capabilities.

MEETING & RECEPTION ROOMS
The boardroom can accommodate meetings, meal functions or theater overflow seating. The anteroom, located in the Theater lobby, is suitable for receptions or sporting events utilizing the three wall monitors behind the built-in bar.

GREEN ROOM
A green room is located behind the theater and is available for talent and executives.
