NCTA Diversity Statement

As the cable industry’s principal trade association, NCTA strongly supports efforts that promote diversity in the workforce, supplier base, and programming.  NCTA supports a variety of cable-based organizations that champion diversity.  These groups include, but are not limited to, The Walter Kaitz Foundation, the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), The Emma Bowen Foundation, Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), the T. Howard Foundation, the Society of Cable & Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), and Cable Positive. 

It is important to create and maintain an inclusive work environment where all employees are valued.  NCTA’s commitment to diversity in its workforce encompasses a variety of practices, including:
